How do I change my account password?
Click on "My Account" at the top, then "Profile Details".
Can I change my billing & shipping address
You can change both your billing and shipping address independantly in your account profile. Simply click on "My Account" at the top, then "Profile Details".
How do I cancel my order?
* You can only cancel your order if we haven't shipped it yet.
Make sure you are logged-in to your account, then click on "My account -> Orders". Click on the Order # you'd like to cancel products from. At the top you will a link that says "Request a replacement or a refund". When you click this link, you will be able to select all the products you'd like to cancel from your order. Simply select "Cancel my order" in the reason to the right of the product(s) you selected, then hit the Request button.
How do I view my previous orders?
Click on "My Account" at the top, then "Orders". You will see a list of all current and previous orders through the rez store.
Where can I find the current status of my order?
Click on "My Account" at the top, then "Orders". There you can see all your orders, including their status beside the "Order ID".
